Are you interested in certifications? If so, you have plenty of options. Students who successfully complete specific program curriculum and test preparation materials are prepared to take the following specific exams for vendor certification. You are highly encouraged to make the investment towards a certification that will be widely recognized across the nation. In many cases, you can take these exams right in your classroom!

In addition to numerous product certifications, you can receive a certification that validates your career major for free, in the following areas:
Brainbench Certifications:
Brainbench features numerous exams on various skills. Brainbench will be used often during the program to validate competencies over the areas studied and is a great first start in achieving certifications that count towards program completion. An advantage of Brainbench is that you can maintain a link from your digital portfolio to your exam results to share with prospective employers--and these tests are free to CareerTech students!

Be sure to use a unique e-mail address and enter the exact same information each time you login, or you will have multiple transcripts. Also be sure to record your Transcript ID.
Testing Fees:
Students are responsible for exam fees, however scholarships are available to fund half of all certifications fees for students who successfully meet all the requirements outlined for preparation. In many cases, the standard fees charged have been reduced because of your affiliation as a student of Francis Tuttle. Prices will vary; check with your instructor for details.
